  • A strict no-refund policy applies after 7 calendar days from the date of payment, regardless of usage or engagement level.

  • Refunds requested within the first 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Shogun Ads.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and compliance with advertising platform policies.

5. Termination of Services Shogun Ads reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these Terms of Service or fail to provide necessary information for campaign management.

6. Limitation of Liability Shogun Ads is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.
